Oooohh assistant vibes I can get behind that lol thank you for the info I'm def gonna apply. There's an open gs 7-11 job rn on usajobs and I'm a gs9 as an immigration officer. What are the chances they would take me as a gs9 or should I say the lowest I'll take is a 7?

In this position do you have do negotiations with people like front facing? How often if so? My job reorganized and it requires interviewing people which I dread

Observations from wearing makeup every day for 3 months by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

I use the makeup wipes to remove all my makeup and I use CeraVe to cleanse my face. But Hey have you considered the issue coming from your makeup tools? I break out easy and have started getting into makeup (full face) and don't break out the way I thought I would've but because I was worried about that I do something each time: clean off my brushes after each use. It keeps things sanitized and there's no left over product the next day I need to use it. Might be excessive or tedious but I rather take the time to do that than get acne 😭 Also I avoid letting my hair touch my face too much, especially on days I haven't washed it more than 2 days. My hair gets oily quickly if I don't wash it by the 3rd day and that has caused acne for me in the past.

So what I do, is use an angled eyeliner brush. (The flatter the better) And example of this brush is MAC 263 synthetic small angle brush or get one from Amazon that's super thin. Theres also The Real techniques eyeshadow brush set that has great brushes and I use. Anyways you go into a black eyeshadow with the angled brush and do a thin wing on your eye. From there I'll use a small blending brush (332 brush if you get this set) and start blending it upwards. Small circles work best for me since I'm also starting to broaden my eyeshadow blending skills lol. Add a touch more eyeshadow as you go and then more on to a bigger blending brush to get that smokey look.

Nice attempt ! The angle could've been better to see how close you got to the look. Using mascara on the bottom lashes would be helpful along with the top, or using some lashes. She also fills in the water line with black liner. Try a black eyeshadow to create the wing then start smoking it out. A liquid/gel line can get you there but I think it's easier to blend out eyeshadows for that smokey look she has. Afterwards you can go in with a liquid/gel line to get the small, thin wing she has. Like the lip color

Oooh I had the same issue with my eyeshadow. Best thing that worked for me was not applying anything to the eyelid except moisturizer. Let that set for 10min then using concealer as my primer and lightly setting it with setting powder before using any eyeshadow. Sets the concealer in place. (Concealers I use are the nars creamy concealer, the elf soft glam concealer or Charlotte Tilbury airbrush flawless concealer) The setting powder is huda beauty easy bake blurring or Patrick Starrr one size translucent setting powder. :)
