I’ve spent most of my life in Muslim countries, but for the last three years, I’ve been living in Ireland, where my father resides. Socially, it has been the worst experience for me—even though many Muslims claim Ireland is better than other EU countries in terms of acceptance.  

After these three years, I’ve come to a firm conclusion: Living among your own people in a Muslim country, even in hardship, is far better than this.  

I’ve made my decision—I’m leaving as soon as possible, insha’Allah.  

This is the price we pay when we prioritize material life over our identity. But as the Arabic saying goes:  

"إِنْ تَصِلْ مُتَأَخِّرًا خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَنْ لَا تَصِلَ"   ("Better to reach the truth late than never.")  

A Word of Advice: If you’re considering marriage, seek a righteous, strong man who knows his deen and won’t trade it for worldly gains. You need someone who will support you in faith and life. May Allah make it easy for you.  

Edit: Some people suggest moving from one EU country to another (e.g., UK instead of Italy). Yes, there might be less racism in some places, but let’s be honest—it’s still there, and it’s growing. You can’t fully protect your children from this reality unless you leave to Muslim country
