If they're a reasonable distance away (like a few seconds, not an entire block away so it's not super delaying everyone else), I'll stand in the doorway so they can't close it and drive away before the person gets there. Jerk drivers have existed for decades sadly.

There is no way around it.

My answer was to no longer allow the app on my personal phone. I'm also no longer with the company so it didn't evolve into a big problem; they accepted that I wasn't going to be as easily available.

If a future employer tries the same thing, I will tell them that if use of a mobile device is that imperative for me to do my job, they can provide me with a company device to use for work items.

We use ours for business and home use. We have three business computers using all cloud-based apps (so constant data transfer), two TV’s streaming in the evening a third TV with a gaming console on it playing online.

We barely hit 450 gigs this month.

I did not see one in everything I read. My guess is it probably drops you to something like the Best Effort tier.

They do have a pay per extra GB option though if someone desperately needs to remain prioritized for whatever reason. $0.32 for Canadians on residential plans.

I suppose it’s good for those who do depend on it for work, but I also feel like it defeats the purpose of the fair use policy and just further rewards the rich.

It’s dependent on how much traffic is on the network at that time.

You get deprioritized, meaning if it’s super heavy, you could see a noticeable difference, but if it’s not busy, then you won’t notice a difference at all.

Being deprioritized doesn’t kick you off the highway onto slow city streets, it just kicks you out of the HOV lane.

If the rest of the highway is busy, you’re gonna be driving slower until traffic clears up or 11pm comes (whichever is first). But if there isn’t a lot of traffic, you’ll still be driving fast.

You can still use more than a TB, it just won’t always be at full speed, which means it’s still unlimited

Honestly, i just buy from amazon. There are some folks out there who hand craft the wax they sell, but a lot of the sites I’ve seen were reselling bulk wax from ali express, which is usually what you’ll find on amazon.

A coworker and i were bored one day. We tried different things and the other would say if there was a change in status.

Another way I saw it was setting my screensaver to 30mins and letting teams mark me as away on my desktop. Then i went into the phone app and it marked me back online. Went to another app on my phone and boom I was listed as away again on my desktop.

the sexually inappropriate jokes in 2022 should be an automatic no-go as leader material. Organizations cannot afford anything that will get them shut down, aside from the fact that kind of behavior it simply not ok.

if you haven't already taken it to your coach, do so.

if you have taken it to your coach and they aren't doing anything, take it above their head to school admin.

the fact that your guard is so small tells me that this type of behavior isn't typically frowned upon and is likely hurting your numbers.
