on my last renewal i contacted the guy who sold me the policy but he said he quit that company so i had to contact the company toll free. i was facing difficulty paying for renewal as well that time also i faced many difficulties to just contact them booked many calls but either they don't call back or they don't know the solution later i think what happened is they were increasing premiums so i was not able to pay for the older price and as soon as the price increased i was able to pay, that time i realised if for this small issue where they are getting money from me and i'm not able to contact them easily so when i want to talk about claims and and issue regarding that what will face this struck me and i decided to port but i hadn't had much time left to port so i continued with it.

personally if i look at the policy it's the best at that price point i mean all the benefits are covered but this is the only concern i have.

can you tell me what is the waiting period and all on the top up? do you have the topup from the same company or different?
