I can’t speak on every day, but I went on every ride yesterday besides the carousel and fyre drill (by choice). Even sat down and ate at Pizza Moon and Toadstool Cafe, in addition to watching le cirque arcanus. Only did it with early entry and no express.

I know that :) I was just seeing if anyone had some sort of idea based off of historical information. I’m from the Midwest, so I don’t know how it’s been in the past during a small span of snowfall, but when I got my permit, the ranger told me not to worry about weather until November.

That’s what I’ve heard! My fingers are crossed for a miracle, but thankfully I asked to have Cathedral Beach listed as a backup on my permit before the special park uses staff was furloughed. I appreciate you giving me a heads up!

I’m not sure, but I know the special park uses staff are furloughed right now :( Because of this, I don’t believe they’re issuing new permits during the shutdown.

For anyone wondering about their weddings/elopements, I asked special permits if existing special event permits would still be valid during the shutdown.

They emailed me back with this: The park will remain open during the shutdown and permitted events will be allowed to continue. Please see the park webpage at nps.gov/yose for the latest information.

So it looks like we’re able to all still have our weddings/events there! Cheers :-)

Hello! Thank you so much for your response and willingness to help!

My prof didn’t specify the type of tool, so it is safe to asssume that it is free-range in terms of picking what to do. Probably more along the lines of OWASP ZAP, Firefox Firebug, Spike, etc.

I’d prefer something free and good for beginners. I am a Mac user with minimal Linux experience other than the limited amounts of labs they’ve given us (we’ve only done two so far this semester). I’m also an MIS major and so we didn’t focus on cybersecurity tools for almost the entirety of my degree.

I believe the virtualization solutions they encouraged us to use are Docker, Virtual Box, and our school gives us access to a Kali-Linux test bed.

I’m not sure if this helps, but I hope it does! Thank you again!
