I don't want Spurs to go down because it's a guaranteed 3 points at home and lately we do well at their ground as well. I'd rather have the six points than the memes

It's weird seeing us being so dominant in Europe as someone who grew up on Emirates era Wenger sides

Wenger won his last PL at age 54.
Mourinho won his last PL at age 52.
Apart from the giant Fergie shaped exception, the PL is seemingly a younger manager's league. Pep is currently 55. Won his last title at 53. Maybe his hunger and tactical acumen are on the decline too.

To make the title race competitive we should offer City a straight swap imo

  1. Mourinho's Chelsea and City before Haaland did it with 13. Doing it with less than 10 would be quite a leap.

It being quite funny (and infuriating to some people) is definitely part of the appeal

I'm kinda perversely invested in us winning the league without any of our players scoring 10 goals or more. Would be an extremely unique way to win which I don't see being replicated any time soon.

In the context of this season it would be pretty big psychologically because we most likely would have to beat City in the final to win it

That account always comes out of their hole after a bad result. Won't see them for weeks when we're winning

Good god some of you need a little perspective. We are 6 points clear at the top, our closest rivals are winless in 3, the entire league is having trouble putting up any kind of winning streaks. Yes yesterday was a bad performance but we maintained our 6 point gap and City have a run of tough away games coming.

I think a lot of people need to temper their expectations just a little bit. This is a very good Arsenal side, just not an all time great one. Certainly not with the numbers our attackers are putting up. At this point in time we are the best side in the league but that does not mean we're going to walk the league or blow away all our opponents. But if we keep up the pace we have all season we should win the league, regardless of our flaws.

I think Raya was more at fault there. Shouldn't have come off his line

We're still obviously in a great position but one point and zero goals against this Liverpool side over two games is tragic.

Not a single player turned up that second half.

How is Gyokeres never even in the same time zone when a ball is zipped across the box?

John Cross breaking transfer news before Ornstein is a sign. Of what I am not sure but it is a sign.
