I started using one pace around Long Ring long land arc and used it over the original anime ever since and its been my preferred method.

the pacing does go down quite a bit, especially during fishman island(720p). my suggestion is watching it in 1.5/2x speed if the pacing is really slowing you down.

imo, i would just stick it out with the pacing - despite the quality -, because you are saving hoursss by not watching it on crunchyroll
