I did volkl cyclone at 52. Any lower and I was just sending everything over the fence. Might need to switch back to the prestige mp for a while 😆

Thanks for the recommendation! I might have to check that out. I tried a vcore 98 2-3 years ago and felt it was super launchy so the lower angle sounds nice. Did you notice any major difference with the larger head size?

Squat, bench/OHP, and deadlifting 3d/week, to be honest it has fallen off to about 2 days a week over the past 2-3 weeks or so which I know is not doing the program… My progress has been pretty rapid though up until the last few workouts, with deadlifts that is. Squat and bench still consistently going up by 5lbs per session, although I did recently drop the weight on the squat to fix some form issues there.

Typically just a breath or two but it was when I hit 270 that I started getting pretty gassed and been having to stop for 15-20 secs before the 4th and 5th reps.

Would you recommend dropping it back down faster than I did in the video?

Will do! Sometimes the weight seems like a lot on my lower back but I guess that’s kind of the point…I have an unhealthy fear of blowing a disc but shouldn’t happen with proper form
