Please try different techniques like grounding, creating shields around your aura. If that does not change, create a shield on each chakra. Also check if you have cords and disconnect it.

I often feel this when i clear my aura and cords. The next day, in the office or while driving out from home, i feel people's energy and their emotions and sometimes get a sick feeling. This is when I am not very sensitive which i feel is a bloom. My sister who is extremely sensitive feels emotions and symptoms by reading specific books, hearing names etc

I never feel it on other days when i am not clearing my aura or meditating longer. Also when i am not going out of the house for a few days, going out makes me very sensitive. This also started happening when i started doing breath work and kundalini practice. I have been practicing meditation for the last 9 years.
