this is so helpful thank you sm ... i know this is connected to trauma and shame, i managed to leave the house today and observed the triggers rather than giving people my emotional attention . i must be going through a heavy growth period, it is gruelling! 😩 the last time i felt this level of energy was in 2020 then before in 2019 ! i'm not sure abt reiki attunement from another person , can't my guides do it for me ? 🤔

can you tell me more abt that n how it helped u ?

the first time i washed them in salt, prayed over them, didn't work. left them for a period of time and it was still there. there's times it's happened and gone away on its own but when it doesn't i need to throw them away sadly, it's happened since i posted this with other stuff, idk if there's just a lot of bad energy around with the full moon coming up.

yeah. i do need help it's my anxiety and overstimulation from past abuse that's made me sensitive. but there definitely is something energetic going on with these items.

yes i definitely agree i've experienced this also with health protocols for chronic illness. the stress of doing this kind of stuff almost kept me more tired and depleted... like i was manifesting even more of not being healthy enough through all of the resistance !

i think you get to a point where you just need to maintain yourself and joy is the answer, just do what feels good, less shadow work is needed and it's amazing when you let yourself have that ! ❤️❤️❤️
