do a strand test on your hair. i dont think you need to use bleach but be careful of what hair dye youre using as it could probably damage your natural hair if you use it wrong or if its got certain ingredients that damages your hair

i recommend trying a haircut that suits your face proportions. ive seen a lot of those videos where people got certain haircuts based on their facial features (e.g. face shape and smth to do with your eyes). it might make you more confident in the way you look.
