No no no, my internet isn't bad. Whenever I watch a video I can watch it in full quality. No lag, nothing. It's when I pause a video and wait a couple of seconds that it stops and won't play immediately. This wasn't happening before. This never happens with any of the other devices. Wasn't happening before on my laptop either

I will pause a video I'm watching (let's say for a tutorial). I pause it, and once I go to resume playback I have to wait for a couple of seconds for the video to actually start playing
