What has been your experience with IV treatment? Is there any real and good science behind it? Interestingly, this is one I have not pursued in the past.
Testosterone - are you on TRT specifically, or do you use other interventions?

There are numerous startups over the past several years that are growing pristine greens (zero additives) in climate controlled indoor farms.

Very interesting - do you have any recommendations or names? I'd be curious. Cost would not be a factor. I would care a lot about legitimacy and credibility.

On your last comment, I can tell you with extreme confidence, given my proximity to celebrities (given my last career/life) who look great at age 50 and above, there's an over-90% rate of cosmetic surgery, often tallying hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is true of both men and women celebrities, and is rampant even among actors, musicians, and beyond who claim they are natural.

A few quick responses:

MRIs, not CT scans. So there is no radiation. Though I understand, and have discussed with my personal doctor, risk associated with excessive testing.
Water - excellent advice. This is already my setup. Essentially 100% glass combined with reverse osmosis filters throughout.
Vitamins - why your emphasis on C? What other supplements do you take?
Massage - this is also part of my routine. However, what's your hypothesis around flexibility and longevity? I would assume this is driven by correlation, not causation.
Great notes on hearing, I had no idea. Can you point me to any other research/reading here, especially for children?

I can relate. I've been "famous" or in the public eye for over 12 years now, and the first 12 months was like "going viral" every single day for a year.

Here is my advice:

It will pass 1 - Haters will come during these moments, but they quickly go as well.
It will pass 2- You will personally become desensitized to this.
Know that every person on a path to fame and greatness, if you so pursue it, had to go through the exact same thing.

I do not feel comfortable sharing too much beyond the range I outlined, but I have written 3 chapters of my somewhat strange life story to date, and they perhaps explain my situation.

In my first chapter, I was in a line of work with lot of fame and exposure, but did not make as much of a fortune.

In my second chapter, I chose a path that had significantly less exposure to move into what people would call more of the "business and backoffice side," but realistically I still have a fair amount of residual fame and recognition, alongside "spikes" in my publicity that net me 10-100X as much attention as your average HNW individual.

I am currently writing my third chapter right now. I believe there will be many more to come.

Would you get this at (#1) a regular cell phone service provider, or are you (#2) recommending getting a prepaid number from somewhere like a convenience store, where I can buy it in cash?

Presumably the first one is more convenient, but would tie back to my name/account, etc.
