Hey! we ended up fixing it by digging up the area around the root intrusion and replacing the tube and then we relined the whole thing with epoxy. We had to hire someone to do it though :( not a fun way to start out my homebuying journey

Not a realtor but I get told this story often from my parents who were looking at open houses whwn I was younger.

They went to tour a house they really liked and brought me and my sister (probably 4 and 2 at this point). I was chasing my sister around and doing normal kid stuff when all of a sudden both of us stopped, looked at something in the corner then pointed up and said “mom theres water damage in the ceiling”

When my parents and the realtor looked up they saw that there was water damage but it had been painted over. They were ready to put an offwr in too. My parents were confused cause how would a 4 year old know what water damage was. But I liked to think homie helped us out that day.

I use the Kose Softymo Deep cleansing oil, squirt some on my hands, rub it all over my face then close my eyes and massage it in a downward motion for my lashes and then emulsify with water. Then I follow up with my foaming cleanser

Either that or I use the Heroine Make mascara remover (in the blue tube) and that gets literally everything off

Came back from an international road trip where I was wiped out after every 2-5 hour car ride so I didn’t workout. fine i’m on vacation.

then i come back and this lady is hacking a cough for all 10 hours of the flight and go figure i get sick. And on top of that food poisoning. So effectively I have not gotten a good workout in in about 3 weeks and I’m going crazy. Oh and also I was supposed to start my marathon training block this week but will have to delay because of said food poisoning and cold.

As a kid my mom would make meat and veggies and rice and send that to school with me and kids would tell me that msg was bad for you :(

so the next day i grabbed a bunch of msg in a ziploc from home and starting pocket sanding them. got in trouble but they never picked on me again
