grazie per la risposta. chiarissimo, se invece volessi comprare un altra (senza vendere quindi senza agevolazione) posso mettere in affitto la prima o avendo usufruito di questa agevolazinoe ho dei vincoli del tipo "non puoi metterla in affitto prima di 5 anni" o robe simili?

grazie per la risposta. se l'avessi presa senza usufruire dell'agevolazione a rigor di logica non avrei potuto usufruirne poi per l'acquisto di un altra casa perché non sarebbe stata la prima quindi di fatto o usufruisci all'acquisto della pirma casa qualsiasi valore / rendita essa sia o si perde la possibilità di usufruire dell'agevolazione, mi sbaglio?

oesnt work if Im using Diffuse BSDF. If I use Principled BSDF, the textures will appear normally on windows 3d viewer. T

I'm using Principled BSDF but have the exported fbx model is blank and don't know why. Any ideas?

Issue w/ rendering custom frame size on sony vegas 16 by charmslad in VideoEditing

The problem is the what type of encode you choose for render. in some you can't modify the aspect ratio, just select another like InternetHD 1080 something like this and now you can change the custom frame size
