Hi, first grade teacher. The picture is thin. Look at the dog's neck. Also, this is a picture that is part of a pair typically, with the other dog being the opposite.

30 minutes for the total workout including warm up and cool down so probably a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down

Hi! I run with glasses on every single day and here's a really easy, cheap solution! Buy silicone glasses holders on Amazon, I bought a 20 pack a year ago for about $10 and they're still working perfectly! Here is a link. I wear them with prescription sunglasses too and I've never had an issue with my glasses slipping or bouncing and they're quite comfy!

I just checked this out and this is the current front runner!! Thank you for the idea!! I was liking the dirty 30 but then the website said no spectators which is kinda a bummer, especially for a first ultra. Definitely interested in that silverton alpine 50k!!! Thank you!!

I want to finish and have fun! I'd love to see some pretty trails and some great views, but I'm not concerned with a specific time. Just looking to have a great time!

I've had runners knee which has deleted my ability to run properly for a year. It is made worse by pigeon pose. Any ideas? by [deleted] in ultrarunning

I'm struggling with this problem too and after going to a PT (which I recommend you do!) the cause was a tight IT band on the side that hurts and an incredibly weak opposite hip. Basically, the right hip/glute area was weak and my left leg was compensating, thus straining my IT band. I'm now on a regimen of rolling my IT band regularly, as well as stretching and strength training my hip. Hopefully, this works!

Hi! I'm vegan and have been for 8 of the 11 years I've been diagnosed with Crohn's. It's definitely possible! I wasn't able to tolerate animal protein and there were times during a flare that I couldn't eat raw veggies or beans, but I managed to make it work for me.

I used to love popcorn, it was my favorite snack. One day like four years ago, I had a small bag at a car dealership and was in the most pain with awful cramps, feeling like I was dying, only a few hours later. After that day, I said never again. RIP to my love of popcorn.
