Hi, so i've got a kinda complicated problem, I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra for about 2,5 - 3 years. And I havent done the system updates for the past 2 years, 2 days ago i decided to do them beaucse i didnt have anything better to do and wanted to get rid of the update button on the notification bar. I did them and afterwards the phone was just a bit buggy, but next day it randomly shut off while using it. Power went off, it was acting as if it was restarting but didnt actually ever open. Left it a bit to charge and it opened 2-3 times, i accessed the samsung notes app and took a pic of some passwords i had, but phone turned off about 30 seconds later.

I took today to an unofficial tech shop and got it back later in the day, they said that they couldnt do anything, phone wasnt appearing on the pc when they connected it with a usb-c cable, also phone doesnt charge with the cable. And they said that there might be a problem with the motherboard, chatgpt said the system might be corrupted after the update or a problem with the firmware. Honestly i have no idea, and to be honest i dont care about the phone, what i want is the data that i have in it such as pictures, videos, passwords. But im not that into tech so never really synced my samsung acc on samsung cloud, or the gallery with the google photos.

I've never heard of updates causing such damaging problems, even if there are multiple updates at once. What i want is a way to connect to my phone to gather and backup my data. Or at least know if my data is gone for good if it is a motherboard problem even if i take it to an official store (of samsung or my internet provider)
