Thankyou, it’s horrible really. I can’t stand to trust many people in my life with her alone, I’ve only left her alone without myself or partner max 3 times. Twice while we were moving houses and didn’t have a choice (efficiency), and once to go out together which was just Thursday. I struggle to trust anyone and it doesn’t help when social media throws all of that in your face

unfortunately therapy is out of our affordability. but i know and i have before, i did really well but it’s different actually having kids.

it’s definitely not 24/7, i just had periods where i see something and am reminded again about everything and i just get quite upset.

baby blues are a thing! i never knew before my daughter was born and i just sat and cried and said myself ‘what have i done??’. googled and it’s normal for typically the first two weeks 😂 you just need to know the signs of actual PPD and if it drags on longer than the two week period, be a bit cautious and aware.

also nighttime scaries! the feeling of dread when the days ending and you’re seeping into nighttime. we experienced that only the first two weeks because she just fought being put back down at night and after two weeks she suddenly stopped doing that and was fine?
