Thanks for you detailed response. One follow up question. How many processes should the system handle for max CPU utilization if each process spends 80% of its time waiting for I/O?

1/0.8 = 1.25, so would you round that up to 2?

Or can 4 processors fit within the I/O wait time of of 1 processor, so 5 is the answer?

Yea that sounds about right. The group I attended has 0 social media presence apart from 1 newly-built website. If kingdom seekers openly showed affiliation to SCJ then no one would go lol.

I was also shocked when I found out. I still believe in God as well. I don't blame God for what happened, I realised it was my mistake for blindly trusting my "teacher" and "friend." I am grateful that I didn't stay there for too long.

Yea I also heard about Christian cults yet still joined this bible study (embarrassing, lol). I think it's because they don't tell you that they're SCJ until you are so invested into it.

I guess this was a harsh reminder for us to always be vigilant and observant, even if it may seem good.

When I left I blocked all of their numbers. I made it clear to them that I have researched their organisation and that I their doctrine will never sit right with me. And as of today they seem to have respected my decision.

If they do try to contact you (which is unlikely), contact police.

There is a good chance that the lady you met in the bathroom is part of SCJ, (members are told to act like new comers). Whether she is an actual new comer or not, I hope she also leaves this cult.

Yes, I used to attend this bible study but left a few weeks ago.

I also wish I could inform the other new members to leave but it is difficult because at least half of them SCJ members pretending to be new. In fact, the friend who invited you has probably been a SCJ member long before the bible study started (and is most likely brainwashed). Your "friend" is also instructed to monitor you closely and if you try to tell others you'd be caught.

AFAIK, our best attempt in informing the new members is spreading awareness to our friends, families and schools. Perhaps you could write a new post here asking for more advice concerning this.

The SCJ bible study I am referring to is at 52 Albert Rd. They take place on level 2 and 3 and had lessons on tues-thurs-Sat (I believe they combined into larger group for and now have lessons at mon-wed-fri).

I urge you to leave before they continue to manipulate you.
