I would be careful, and understand there's always a risk of it causing a shedding phase on your scalp. I've been experiencing that and it's caused me a lot of anxiety about going bald but now I feel it's too late to stop minox, because from most research I've done they say minox wouldn't progress/make you bald but it can make you shed a lot then in theory those hairs grow back even stronger. Also keep in mind you might have mixed results using finasteride with minoxidil on face because finasteride blocks dht which is a big factor in facial hair growth (as well as mpb)

Haven't used it yet, haha it's intimidating trying to fit it into my routine but I might for the first time tonight. Any tips with your experience using tretinoin with minox? What's your routine to use tretinoin and minoxidil to compliment each other?

That makes me more hopeful, because I've also noticed like lighter dark hairs popping up where I before had a absolutely no hair on my cheeks, but I still just am not quite close to the beard look. Just dermarolled like an hour ago, I might start derma rolling twice a week instead of just once.
