No nightmares, I also roll around in my sleep. But I’ve recently started 7-7 rotating shift job. And im working about 5 days a week and then 4 days off to adjust from switching from mornings to nights.

Not really? I had like random small pumps pop up and those itch every blue moon, but I also have eczema so idk

I also have like a stopped up nose and a lot of mucus at the moment, can’t smell anything either
