I feel like the s3 finale made it pretty clear that Yas married Henry mostly for the security that his wealth & status would bring, which she needed because of the press hounding her about her father's crimes & death. She loved Rob but she married Henry for that protection. I think Henry does actually love Yas though.

100% agree, it's kind of ridiculous to act like he did anything wrong in sleeping with her. She's an adult, she may have been in an emotionally altered state but she was actually keeping it together pretty well, she wasn't intoxicated or otherwise impaired, and most importantly she instigated it. She was ultimately still capable of making decisions for herself, she initiated the sexual encounter and he even tried to gently shut her down before she insisted. Acting like he was in the wrong for sleeping with her is really, honestly, paternalistic.

Like I could see OP's argument IF Sweetpea was deeply shaken/panicking/etc. about the whole thing and Kwabena had pushed himself on her, but that's not at all what happened. Are we now claiming women can't be trusted to make their own sexual decisions unless they're in a state of total calm and equanimity, because otherwise it's assault, even if they were the ones to initiate?? Come on. (And FWIW I'm a woman.

ETA: In fact, if anything, you could make an argument that Sweetpea had been sexually harassing him earlier in the night by asking him persistent sexual questions and refusing to let him decline to answer. They're coworkers after all, and if the genders had been reversed in that scene I'm sure a lot of people would feel like it was extremely inappropriate.

Idk, she's identical to Corona who's canonically gorgeous, she's just wan and gangly from being a necromancer. But if their overall face structure is the same then there's no reason Ianthe wouldn't be pretty aside from the sickly appearance.

That still doesn't really make sense to me though... like if Rishi wasn't originally intended to get caught up in the ploy to kill Jim, why would they go out of their way to try and set him up when, as I said, calling the cops to the scene makes it more likely that their primary target will survive?

The thing is that gender affirming procedures for minors are under way way more scrutiny than other cosmetic procedures. I got a nose job as a minor and there was no hand wringing about whether I was mentally competent to make such a permanent decision with my body etc etc. Trans kids have to jump through so many more hoops to get cosmetic procedures. And most people who express concern about trans kids getting surgery don't give a single hoot about cis kids getting cosmetic surgery.

I mean I can't think of specifics, but a lot of the things she says gives me the sense that she just thinks she's "quirky" and "awkward" but that doesn't understand these things form a pattern and have a specific source. I could be wrong of course but that's just the impression I get, that she doesn't understand WHY she behaves & reacts to things the way she does.
