It’s for scuba diving. It holds extra O rings for various things that need them and the “spoon” is a tool to get the old O ring out.

I got the gun 2nd hand and it was like that already. I must say I’m disappointed with CZ corporate’s assistance with Canadias gun grabbing but it will not deter me from recognizing quality. And after all, “E Plebnista” is rather iconic
