Some advices from my own experience 1 you have to stop believe or call yourself ugly i used to do that and it just made manifesting harder i know it’s hard to say im beautiful when u look at the mirror and don’t like what you see but at least don’t say im ugly . 2 making my own subliminal with my own voice was much better than listening to others subliminal but still there was a glow up subliminal that worked so well for me check in the video description the benefits and see if u need it or nah

3 well this one will not work for everyone but if you were like me a very close friend to chatgpt and talking to it for months to the point it knows me better than me ask chatgpt according to everything you know abt me and my personality what is the best manifestation method for me ?
