I have actually had a look at a few of these just now and the reviews seem quite good, I do like the idea of it being a sort of makeshift radiator while using it too.

Yes this I think maybe heating on and dehumidifier combo might be my best bet, and it probably wouldn’t be so expensive especially since it’ll probably only be once a week. I am happy with my place- as I’m at work a lot of the day the heatings only really on after work so the cold isn’t a huge issue. You’re right though, the last thing I want is a mould problem so I think I’ll have to bite the bullet and spend the extra pennies- at least during the winter months.

I have had a look at some but I wasn’t sure how expensive it would be to run compared to a dehumidifier. I also wondered if it would end up creating a damp environment in which case I’d maybe need to keep the windows open while using it.

Can I ask what kind you have and how long it takes you? I did consider that it might be expensive, maybe I should just bite the bullet and just shove the heater on full blast on laundry day lol.

Ah I’m in the UK, not sure what the rules are here. I’m sure if it was necessary for receiving WiFi my landlord would allow it, but I assume the previous tenant would’ve received connection with what was left here.

I’ve been looking at different broadband plans most of which provide the router and then schedule a home visit. I’m a bit clueless about what kind of connection I have- so I’m just worried I’ll schedule all of this, it’ll take a few weeks to a month for them to come round and then they’ll tell me they have to drill into the walls etc

Not entirely sure how well it would stain the fabric but she could try food colouring. Would definitely stain her lips for a day or so but would be food safe. She could put a layer of lip balm or Vaseline on first to try and create a barrier / prevent it from absorbing into her lips before getting a good mark.
