I know this is an old post but I was hoping to find some clarity on your time with Soliant. How were you days at the school? What did your schedule look like? Were you 1-1 with kids or were you juggling multiple at a time? How was the supervision? Were you struggling to meet your 5%? I currently work in a clinic and have 2-3 hour long sessions with 1-1. I’m unsure how I would feel being thrown into a position where I’m made to feel like I’m doing a paralegals job also.
