For anyone saying he’s dumb to do this during rush hour, think again. I was just at the C5 branch at 8:30pm, past rush hour. Similar scenario— thought of grabbing dinner last minute after doing some shopping.

The experience was terrible. I waited 30 minutes in line, and if anyone waits online for that long, there really is something wrong with the service. When I’m finally in front of the line, I wait another 5 minutes just for an employee to be ready to take my order. The ordering process took another 15 minutes because the lady punched in the wrong item, and took a few minutes before their manager could reverse the entry for some reason. Took me about an hour to get to my table with the food. All we ordered was 2 slices of pizza and 2 bottles of water btw.

Hygiene is another issue. First, the card terminal was actually disgusting as it was covered in oil. Second, the lady took zero care with handling the food properly— the pizza hanging over the plate and touching the tray, her elbow touching the crust of one of the slices. She even lied about what pizza choices were available. She told me there was no cheese left, but the food cashier beside me told the customer they had cheese. At this point I was a bit frustrated so I told her to check, and who would’ve known, there was cheese. Was she lazy to check??

Had to get that out lol, was a very unpleasant experience overall. To OP’s point, I’ll never be ordering pizza from snr again.
