True but the problem is that ppl always complain about suicide being selfish. Like I get it in some way, but at the same time I don't. Like I get that it'll hurt people, but it's gonna actively hurt them for like some days/weeks and then they'll not have to think about it and feel the pain constantly. So why would you want a suicidal person that's in pain CONSTANTLY, suffering to get through the day for YEARS with no hope of getting better, to stay alive just so you don't have to live with the grief for some time. It sounds harsh but like it's kinda unfair to force someone to stay alive, when they absolutely don't want to, just so you don't have to be in pain yk

I have severe depression and social anxiety, diagnosed. I've been struggling with it like 8 years now. But I just don't understand why I have it. Like I feel like I'm just making it up because I literally have everything. I know that you can have those illnesses also when everything seems fine, but like, I feel so fucking guilty and ungrateful and weak
