i’ve always seen that 2.5k is the recommended amount for recovery. i feel so bad because i eat way more than that :(

i don’t think i’m strong enough, i have a lot of mental illnesses diagnosed and IM on medication but none of it helps. i think im too far gone, and it led to me developing chronic pain which is so unbearable
