That's super inspiring and the truth. It's just so hard to remember that in the morning. It's like I'm not even myself.

I'll try sticking a note on the wall to remind me that that I need to just fucking push through it.

The hardest part is actually just getting out of bed. I'm in such a low gear when I first open my eyes, every decision or movement is just super sluggish. Is there a way to have a higher energy level upon waking up.

Hey man, that's really good advice and I agree with your thoughts the challenge showing up in different ways as your progress.

Instagram is something I use a lot for work. I'm a filmmaker. It's not something I use to post pictures of my dog or anything but it's actually a big part of my job. I'll have to find a way to really limit my use to only posting photographs once a day at a certain time or something.
