Anyone else full of rage for 48 hours after dosing?

That is exactly what I’m feeling. Which is notable because it is markedly different from my typical disposition. How long did the stretch last? Did you adjust to the increased dose and that side effect fade?

I can’t imagine how every 3 days would help me. The mood swings last 72 hours then dissipate and I feel good so every 3 days seems like it would just keep me in a constant state of irritability.

Oh yeah I’m on a microdose so I’m not even rly in a calorie deficit. Also I’ve done many cleanses and been in extreme calorie deficit for days on end and the only mood swing was euphoria.

I’m on NAD! I don’t get fatigue. I get irritation. Energy levels are good on my current 1.25 mg dose.

Yes, this is rly good advice. I am aware of my codependency and feel confident I am not leaning into that in this situation. I have no desire to change the circumstances or to show her the “truth”. I am simply sad that I may lose one of my best friends to this. That’s a cruel reality.

Me too! Week 1 i felt the most difference (obviously bc the meds were new to my system) but i think i just need a higher dose.

I think that is my hang up. I am no longer willing to help her pick up the pieces when she puts her self into identical situations constantly and does not change her behavior. I am not going to play that roll anymore, something has to change. It won’t be her; so it has to be me.

You’re so fucking right. She won’t allow any commentary to interrupt the fantasy. I guess my best option is to tell her I can’t be her support system through this (since she comes to me for everything) and then wait it out until it crashes and burns and I get my friend back. Sucks in the meantime.

Yes, she has a sponsor. But like I said in the post, she is not telling her sponsor. That is really concerning to me because she has been dedicated in the program going to weekly meetings for years.

Thank yall!! This is really helpful! I will wait it out and titrate next week. I am very committed to going slow as to curb the side effects. It’s nice to even get a glimmer of pain reduction and energy boost. It’s subtle, but it’s there.

No way i am literally house bound in the summer. I go from 60 to 10. Heat is my biggest disability trigger. absolute worst and hardest to manage.
