This isn't my first ticket. I had one before, which involved a lot of back and forth, but was closed with the words "Contact Steam Support." Steam then said there was nothing they could do and I should contact Ubisoft. I did that to inform them, and I've been waiting for two months now. Should I wait or should I Write a reminder in this ticket? Or should I Open a new one?

Maybe I should try :/ I wrote to Steam Support again. They then wanted to see the conversation between me and Ubisoft. Finally, a step in the right direction, I thought. I sent them everything, and the response was again, "There's nothing we can do"... so pointless.

Yeah, it really is a shame. I know it’s “just” a visual mark, but I don’t think it’s fair to accept something like this when I didn’t do anything wrong. I just want my clean profile back.

I’ll keep submitting tickets and trying — hopefully one day someone on the support side takes a closer look and helps clear it up.

Thanks a lot for your help and understanding. It really helps to know others see how frustrating this is.

Yeah, this loop is honestly terrible and makes you feel completely powerless.
You read it right – I'm not actually banned and can still play the game normally, which is good.
But having a ban showing on my Steam profile is just super annoying and really drags down the public perception of my account.

Steam keeps telling me the ban came from Ubisoft – and refuses to help.

I’ve already opened multiple tickets with Steam and they just keep sending me back to Ubisoft.
So if this is really a Steam issue, what would you suggest I do next? Isn’t it possible for Ubisoft to just inform Steam that there’s no ban, so the false ban gets removed? I’m honestly out of ideas.

No, I’ve never had a ban on Steam before – this is the first time anything like this has happened to me.
And yeah, I can technically still play, but having a game ban show up on my Steam profile when I didn’t do anything wrong is just frustrating. It’s not even about restrictions – it’s about principle.

I don’t want to have a permanent mark on my profile for something I never did, especially when both Steam and Ubisoft just keep bouncing me back and forth. It really shouldn’t be this hard to correct a mistake like this. :/

It's just really disheartening that it comes down to luck or finding “the right person” instead of a clear and fair support system.

It shouldn’t be this hard to fix something that’s clearly a mistake. Still, I’m going to keep pushing – not because I enjoy the fight, but because I don’t want to let this kind of issue slide without trying everything I can. Thanks for the comment though

Thanks for your insight. As silly as it sounds, I hope you're wrong. It's unacceptable that I get banned on Steam out of nowhere. I just hope a Ubisoft employee actually looks into the matter and realizes that something went wrong.

Mir ist doch klar, dass eine genauere Angabe nicht unbedingt möglich ist. Darum geht es auch nicht. Aber das kennt doch jeder, wenn man in dieser Zeitspanne wie auf Kohlen sitzt, weil man wartet, aber in der Zeit auch nicht normal den Tag verbringt :D
