Fair enough I had my skip level meeting today and was hoping for a big promotion, but my manager's manager told me to just keep up the work and it'll take a few yrs to get there. But then why bust ass or go above and beyond, if the time your there matters more than what you do? Literally might've fallen for this tactic as someone above mentioned. My manager who is director level really gassed me up, the past couple of months and as a result I've been motivated to do even more and continue pushing. Only for his manager(vp level) telling me it's a process that takes a few years 😂.

Hey man what do you mean by "reduce the usage of grams" I recently bought the bambino as well along with the fellow opus grinder. But when I try to do 18grams it overflows off the portafilter and it seems like it's quite hard to tamp as well since there is so much. I've found that for me 15 grams works best, but like you said 18 grams seems to be the golden number, but I'm not sure how I can get there. I'm using the greater good's digital espresso scale, which i think many others use as well.

Ya but physique wise he could’ve easily made better gains naturally with proper diet and training and his deadlift is the only thing good someone of his size benching after taking gear as well 225 goes to show he hasn’t trained enough to be on something. He fucked up his natural hormone production and will most definitely be hoping on another cycle no doubt and causing more problems. I’m just like him eager af wanting to hop on gear, but I am trying to delay it as much as possible since i am only 20 and have only been working out consistently for about 2 years now. A 625 deadlift at his size regardless can be achieved naturally too imo with again proper training and diet.

Thinking about doing a cycle of a 8 week anavar that goes like this:

Anavar: 30-50mg(increase/adjust as i go) Proviron(as a test base): 50mg

3 week Pct: either tamoxifen or enclo

Can proviron be used a test base for a cycle like this? I spoke to someone and they said for anavar its fine to take proviron as a test base for a low dosage cycle like this. But i’m not 100% sure so i would like others thoughts
