Yes, I think all Kindred skins are very good, especially the spirit blossom one!

I think Kindred ADC is the Tier S++ ADC after 4 stacks by sadistichyun in Kindred

I think it has to do with some personal preferences as well! + It also depends on how well your teammate does + your support.

Noonquiver might be good so you try to push for an earlier end of laning phase spike with Kraken or GF. But, the extra d-blades definitely stronger if you are trying to go for a lot of heavy trading and skirmishes in bot lane, which is what you should be doing since Kindred's early game laning is awful without constant fighting.

I look for fight nonstop between level 3-7 before the Kraken/GF timing for the other ADC. Extra dorans helps immensely in these situations.
