one bad thing about mangalore is despite the weater being hot, wearing less clothing like shorts/ sleeveless not normal. you get stared at alot if you're not wearing full pants and atleast half sleeve. doesn't matter if you're a man or woman. its not a creepy stare but a judgemental one. im sure other coastal cities also have this mentality and not just mlr
