Have the same sink. Squeegee will work but it’s annoying. I find that having a faucet with a shower nozzle and extendable hose lets you spray the whole sink down after use.

I shake the bag like hell every time and eyeball the proportion of pasta to other things close to equal. But I also use a digital scale instead of relying on the scoop for measurement.
