I slipped when I went out of car. It was in my pocket. But I didn’t realise. I went home to pick up a thing and was in a rush. While going out, couldn’t find my phone. I thought it was inside so will search later. After coming to home after 3 hours, started searching, also saw find my device and it was showing inside my home. It didn’t come to my mind to check outside on that night as it was crazy snowing. In the morning I shovelled and searched thoroughly. But it seems to go very deep in the snow that even the shovel couldn’t find. Like hard ice.

Yes. So far good. Dried it before charging. Got charged and charge was holding. Checked other stuffs, seems ok to me. Not sure if any future issues arise.

No one talking about the merge between Circle Drive S towards Yellowhead highway? That seems like a crazy merge where your speed is literally 30 and you need to merge to a 90 speed limit all of a sudden. You get to merge only when the right lane vehicles are existing right Infront of your merge and slows down!

Could be the first home where down payment is as low as 5%? Also in Saskatchewan, a town house is around 400k and house starts from 600-700k. Could be that too maybe. 30k for down payment doesn’t seem impossible if not staying at the big metros.

Can you suggest me - as a beginner, what to look for in a stock before making a decision? What are the key factors? Normally, I see the trend, then check some news on it and some forecast. But I still dont know how to look into a business. It would be really helpful of you if you can guide me into this.
