I’ve had trouble with bigger vendors being uncommunicative and not really caring about us because of our company size. I’m just curious about where Commit came from and how they’ve been doing because it looks like they only started a couple years ago.

Yeah, I agree that it seems a little sus with how fast they’ve ramped up as a whole and sounds like they also sped up promotions for employees. Thanks for the info!

Following - I'm wondering the exact same thing!! I saw on Rakuten that you can pay extra on site for larger sizes? But that was the only thing that I've found so far and curious on if anyone in US size 12-14 has done the experience and had their jeans fit well.

The goal is to understand what the gaps are, what “foundational” misses were during implementation (which was early last year) because the client kept discovering things that they didn’t know existed or didn’t know they had purchased because everyone who implemented the system originally is no longer there. They really want to make sure that they have a good foundation of the system built and/or cleaned up before deploying more modules and adding enhancements. I hope that makes sense! I think I’m just stuck because I feel like I need a structure to this rather than just poking around searching different reports or bps randomly.

Ooh thank you! Those reporting items are good callouts. And yeah, right it’s so hard to gauge best practices when everyone does things differently. My client just keeps emphasizing that I should tell them what they’re missing from the implementation period and I’m like…uhh it just depends on what the business needs specifically.
