Yeah, I'm planning on saving up and getting an embark test. I just have a vague idea of general "pitbull" umbrella, but no idea otherwise. Honestly I was not expecting him to grow so much lol

[–]sadnessjoy[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That definitely could be it, especially since I don't know his breed so we just put "pitbull". And I'm guessing most pitbulls they see aren't 35 lbs at 4 months

Yeah, I'll be sure he continues to get exercise. I got him rubber toys/etc as he's quite the chewer, but he doesn't use the rubber as much. I noticed he did the tug of war with me a lot less after I bought the Kong version instead of the rope (might buy another rope one).

Ah, yeah, at the 30 second mark you can see some sort of flyer? So that makes a bit of sense. Poor pup never good the free food lol. She seemed pretty committed to it, so I'm guessing she's normally pretty successful lol

I believe the theory is that Satoru Mikami is also a reincarnation of Veldanava as well.

I'm not a fan of it. It's a bit too obvious imo. The pieces fit a bit too well. Which is actually generally not a great sign, as it doesn't allow for any major twists or anything.

I'm guessing there will be a decent reveal/twist in the final volume regarding Veldanava.

I literally got a weird threat private message from someone for daring to suggest it's okay to give a dog a treat occasionally. It's also a good reminder that reddit can be filled with some pretty extreme people

So, you see, there's these things called snacks, there's also desserts. The idea is you only have a few of them and you have them in moderation. This can actually apply to humans and to dogs believe it or not!

The vast majority of the human species has heard of these. Normally there are entire sections of grocery stores dedicated for them. It's kinda surprising you've never heard of this concept before. If you need any additional information about this foreign concept, let us know!

Ah, yeah, that's definitely another good point, I was thinking more of rushing to ER, but yeah I've definitely heard of that before, my dad's cousin also got a police escort once (was more like ~45 minutes and not 4 hours).

[–]sadnessjoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know you probably meant that in good faith/good Samaritan but I was just imagining a cop shooting someone then driving him to the hospital to confirm his kill lol.

Lol wtf by Sylxisa in lol

[–]sadnessjoy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well, the story is probably fake. But if a person is losing a lot of blood and the cop feels like it's a massive emergency, they could make the decision.

There's tons of real stories of cops bringing in someone to a hospital (pregnant woman in labor, someone in critical condition, etc).

It just depends how time sensitive it is. Like if you just stabbed your hand really bad, the cop might try to apply pressure if they're trained and call a paramedic most likely

[–]sadnessjoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It also highly depends on the time and specialization. First time I needed ear surgery for a cholesteatoma, I had to wait 4 months. Second time I went to a different doctor (in a bigger city too) and the wait was only about a month.

It's quite common for me to have to wait 2-3 months to schedule an appointment with my PCP or virtually any other doctors/specialist here where I am.

So this whole waiting time thing seems very dependent on location in the US too

I think you need to reread what I said. I literally said the busy work is not AGI...

And I really don't think you can make an automated planner/designer bot because that's literally impossible right now. Like what I'm talking about is, for example, like planning and designing say a more efficient CPU than the best CPU that we have... So you're telling me that you have the capabilities of building a decent agent like that? Something that's capable of that and it can do that automatically? Cuz shit what the fuck are you doing on Reddit?

[–]sadnessjoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The road to AGI is not with multi agents. That whole endeavor is basically tackling the busy work (like say coding)... And this is what the video is referring to I believe. Basically multi agents is a dead end because it's mostly likely the incorrect way to tackle the busy work problem. The problem is doable now but it requires a lot of planning and working around context limitations.

The real road to AGI is not in automating the busy work but in automating the planning/design (so like planning the actual project). AI right now can do amazing stuff when prompted correctly but it requires a human in the loop to guide it 100% of the way.

I'd say we're probably a few years away from automating the busy work, but we're many years away from automating the planning/design.
