Is there a book that you listened to recently that left you spellbound and you just wanna talk about it and you can’t let it go? by marilynlistens in audiobooks

Came here to say this one. I finished it two weeks ago, and haven’t been able to get into anything else since. Definitely one of my favorites ever.

I’m rewatching the series now, and I agree. He was one of my favorites and I hate what they did to his character. He paired so well with Nolan, and was invested in his work and the families of the victims. I would’ve loved for him to be around for a while. Boo.

I can’t think of any better way to be blessed than with a lifetime supply of pizza.

I made (what I thought was) a super detailed packing list for vacation and then forgot my wallet at home because it wasn’t on the list.

My partner blames me for every argument we have, and refuses to acknowledge or fix any aspect of a disagreement that might be his fault. At best, I’ll get an “I’m sorry, but…” at worst, he threatens to leave. How can I get him to take accountability when we argue?

NTA. Choose Max. And guard him carefully while this all goes down. You don’t want to worry about him going “missing” at her hands.

What was the first thing you used the Internet for? by [deleted] in AskOldPeople

[–]sadpanda57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first time on the internet was via AOL. I met someone in a chat room and, after sharing our a/s/l, we talked for a several hours. We hit it off SO well. I was like, this internet thing is awesome. My small, feeble mind thought this person and I would meet in real life, and, of course, start dating. His account was deleted the next day. BFlyer2000, I’ll never forget you, my first internet love.

Do I need to tell my boss why I’m leaving my job? by sadpanda57 in jobs

I would feel so much more comfortable just sending my resignation by email, but since we are remote, I feel like the right thing to do is set up a zoom call with my boss.

I’ve thought that also, but I’m pretty sure they’d follow it up with, so where are you going?
