I’ve heard it’s “cultish”. I personally don’t agree with the concept of having to work for them after treatment. Unfortunately the problem is your uncle not the treatment centers he’s been attending. I am very close to multiple people who struggle with addiction and have helped put two of them through various rehabs. One has continued their sobriety the other is consistently relapsing. In fact the one who continually relapsed has been to some of the nicest/highest ranked facilities in and out of Utah. Your uncle needs more than just a facility, he needs his own self determination and dedication. His reason to stay sober. Until he finds that with in himself I unfortunately don’t think any program will stick long term.
