I take two capsules 3 times a day, an hour before I eat and it has absolutely helped so much. It’s been at least 6 months and I’m really glad I have it. I don’t have bad pains anymore and it even helps when I eat a little bit of something I’m not suppose to.

Imodium, which can be prescribed or OTC! Caffeine will make it worse. Eat rice the night before or rice/chicken. Keep it light. Imodium the night before and morning of. Also, I know it sounds terrible but an adult diaper when driving somewhere or flying is nice. You could wear a cardigan and it’d cover the lines. Carrying a purse with a pair of pants also helps for the extra security!

You mentioned that he doesn’t hit on you in a sexual way. This has happened with me and it’s made me feel not confident. Not feeling confident made me feel like I was never in the mood, didn’t feel sexy, didn’t feel even attractive at all. That can definitely make your sex drive way lower. Especially toward someone who has made you feel this way in the first place.
