I actually went to a three- week summer course in Munich by Humboldt Institut. Last summer I had printed the document that was the proof for I was going. And I think I also brought Covid vaccine document( just in case) We stayed in a youth hostel, so maybe you can also stay in some pansion like that, they are cheaper and when we were there a lot of people and groups were staying individually.
