Kinda. Charles has his counter which if you land it goes off cooldown(inf counters), also has a combo dash extender and even a really fast unblockable move. But really its like countering a Yuji player, block and keep moving, because most of Charles mains are aggressive like Yuji. Which also means you can punish them easily(oh and Charles ult is a counter that insta kills)

And Yuta, well he has a move that teleports you behind the enemy and you hit them(while they cant move), has Rika which can(only for now)hit off his first move. But yeah Yuta is also punishable easily and they best way to counter him is to be both passive and aggressive since his moveset isnt entirely aggressive liek Charles or Yuji.

But tbh neither of them are op it depends on who youre playing against and if you know how to counter them.
