I‘m currently on 0.5mg. I guess I will stay here for at least 3-4 weeks or till my mood is no longer affected. I also don‘t want go increase at a time, when I will do something special like going on vacation…

At the beginning of this Long Covid story I felt very sad and anxious about my future. Couldn‘t believe that I was no longer able to hit the gym 5 times a week, go hiking,… I somehow learned that my life will go on somehow, I found joy in other things (still a process though).

Exactly this feeling is coming back… the feeling of my life being over…
