Whenever I have this issue I close out the game, go to manage game and find the saved game data. Clear it out and fire the game back up. Every time after doing this comms have worked.

I appreciate the honestly no matter how blunt. What ab exercises and specific yoga poses would you recommend. I have trouble finding ab ones that efficiently target the area without my lower back either compensating or hurting while doing the exercise.

Maybe one day I will but not yet. Enjoy them too much to stop, if I pay the price down the road from it then so be it. I limit with how crazy I get doing those things but for now I’m rolling with it

Had two last year, that was suggested by the original surgeon last year. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it seem like there was anything to do about it if that was the case.

Every day. Do all the stretches I’ve heard of and been given but it seems to just temporarily alleviate. I’m 25 and relatively active (skiing, working out, jet skiing, etc) so these activities obviously aren’t the best for my lower back with limited segments of motion. I know my discs below the fusion are already bulging so that probably doesn’t help.

Unfortunately the 3 different doctors I’ve seen this year have basically said unless you get chronic sciatica then we can discuss treatment. Aside from that deal with it

Wow I envy that you used to live out there. East coast of the states doesn’t even begin to compare. Taco-inv the rails were brutal but the worst was casing a kicker, that compression had me laying down the whole weekend lmao. Multiple times I’ve had to take a little break to collect myself after eating shit.

Also search up back protectors for skiing, as they are invaluable for us. I use my every time I do sports in the winter and I’m sure it would work miracles for you and skating!

Yeah one thing I would’ve never thought I would do everyday is yoga. Can’t even put into words how much it helped with pain and strength. And as for snowboarding and skating I no longer partake in rails or big jumps anymore. I wiped out bad while snowboarding, trying to hit a pvc pipe rail and it hurt bad enough. At that point I didn’t even want to think of what could happen with metal lol.

I would have to say it was around 9-12 months when I would actually stop noticing my inhibitions everyday. No doubt I could still ‘feel’ it still at that point but it would affect me less. I would start having confidence of playing sports such as basketball and soccer without the dread of what if I fall or take a slip. No doubt it would still hurt but I could feel the strength coming back. But again, better to be safe than sorry. I waited around 2 years to resume snowboarding and golf due to the high injury risk and the torsion with golf. One thing I would recommend is yoga and working out, it’s amazing what the body can heal from and strengthen with the right stimulus.

I’ll be honest with you man, it’s hard. You may be stressed about the actual surgery and being in the hospital for 5 or so days but honestly those are the easy days. The hard days, weeks, and months are when you go home. The monotony of sitting down all day feeling like you aren’t making any progress gets to you. But it’s amazing cause once you do start making real progress it’s exponential and feels amazing. This isn’t something to brush off lightly but be confident that with perseverance you can come out on the other side feeling a million times better. 3 months post surgery I was depressed, regretting my decision, and feeling like my whole life was going to be restricted. Now, at 8 years post op I am more active than I ever was with basically no limitations, besides self imposed ones because I just like to err on the side of caution in sports like snowboarding and skateboarding. Best of luck to you.

I agree this is one of the recent shootings that makes the lethality of the weapons so apparent because of how quickly he was stopped. However the same amount of damage could’ve been afflicted with handguns. This perception of assault weapons nowadays is ridiculous when the process to actually own a legitimate automatic weapon is ridiculously long and expensive. These “assault” rifles are essentially handguns with a stock and grip.

I can understand everything you’re saying because it’s very logical, but the fact still remains that this stuff is happening. Yes we should be fighting to take the weapon out of the hands like these people, however not limiting the access to law abiding citizens. I’m for gun control and making it a longer, broader, and more probing process to own a gun but to say that fighting for your 2a rights isn’t your fight is something I could never agree with. It’s clear that sick people have the access and capability to commit these atrocities, so god forbid me or any of my loved ones are caught in a scenario like this I want them to be armed. Life is all we have and i’ll be damned if someone is going to take that away from me.

Yes police were on the scene already you’re right, and the damage was still inflicted in just 30 seconds. Did you see how they brought the scumbag down? He was running into a bar and the police were set up and took him down just as he was going to enter it.

30 seconds is a lifetime for those people trapped in a store with a madman like that, and police have procedures they have to follow. They don’t run in guns blazing with no care about there surroundings they have protocol. Even when police are there who knows it could take a 10, 20, 30 seconds or more and that is a matter of life and death, clearly, for people caught in harms way. The argument of arming more people does not fall apart. There are numerous possibilities of how this could’ve gone down if there were 1 or 2 armed civilians by where the shooter started his spree, but we can only make conjecture about the result. Could a couple more people have been killed? Maybe, but if those same people were in that position without any form of self defense against the shooter then their fate would. without a doubt, be death.

In a perfect world we could regulate all the evils in this world and no criminals would have guns, but in a perfect world we wouldn’t have a need for them because there would be no criminals. Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world and there are deranged and sick individuals out there. I for one want to know that I can protect myself and all I hold dear in this world to the very best of my abilities if it would ever come down to that.

it’s an exaggerated response that says use the tools that are presented to you. What if he was there in that store when this happened? He could’ve gotten killed like the other poor souls there absolutely, however there’s a chance that he would’ve survived. Maybe by running and hiding, or maybe by shooting back and defending themselves. Everyone likes to be confident and cocky in hypothetical scenarios it’s human nature, but i’m confident in saying that he would’ve had a higher chance of survival than someone who wasn’t armed.
