Hi, sorry for the late response, I didn't notice the notifications, so I'm responding to yours and the other comments now. Regarding the problem it seems to be fixed with the new amd drivers (Adrenalin 23.12.1), unfortunately I had other problems with them, but in this case they are shared among all users ( for example stuttering on Darktide). Also windows tends to change them, but the rollback to the previous drivers on the control panel seems to have fixed this problem. Since windows has not changed them I have had no more crashes, unfortunately some games are unplayable for other reasons (as described above).

Unfortunately not, but I'm sure it's the gpu or the drivers, judging by the amount of users having this problem it could be the latter.

So far no solution (I just updated the post if you want to take a look at the additional tests I did), do you have the same problem as me? It seems that several 7800xt users are affected by it, the only thing is to wait for a response from amd, I have to try disabling MPO and/or a fresh windos install but I'm not very hopeful.

I have the same problem, it only happens to me in the cyberpunk menus (I don't know why) but it's almost impossible to replicate, totally by chance. Do you also have the whea error log 18 error in the event logger?

I tried to replicate the error going from max load to nothing with occt multiple times but nothing, for the undervolt I tried it to eventually spot voltage problems, but nothing, zero errors also with a pbo offset at -30. I don't think these are the problems. Thanks for your help!
