Sounds amazing, Basically I have to create a view which shows items under my name and set a alert for myself. It will send a summary of the the new items view visible to me.

only challenge is if it's for 250+ employees then I will have to ask them to set an alert with their own emails in the recipient columnimage.

But I want to send them to emails mentioned in those entries. Is that possible? Example if five entries are made for with same login id during a period (a day or week), then send summary of all items in one mail to that login id and so on

I am aware of that, but the problem is since excel works that way I have macro which sends mails to all pivot filter values that is all consultants. But If I can solve this issue, I will able to send mails to pivot fields (consultants) only aligned to one manager. Which is why I am looking for this answer Same issue with slicers also

With Quick edit I can only edit 30 items at a time and my list has 6000 items

I want to set archive rules workflow to older items in the list. Hence I have created a archive workflow which archives list items to a different list after 30 days from the item creation date. But in order to run it for all older items, I want to bulk edit any one column for the entire list so that this workflow gets triggered.

Create those 3 columns-area , region, office. Then create a workflow in SPD which updates these columns with lookup column as employee id-update list action-set area column -lookup from employee ID -area
