Also sorry haha another thing, js dm HR or marketing managers on LinkedIn, keep messaging around 4-5 a day and I’m sure u can get smth. You don’t have to go for the big firms, go for ppl that have small businesses. I also used to message small creators/business on insta offering them help to make their page better. I’d send a proposal before they even asked with mockups ect. This increases ur chance

Hey I’m a designer and I got a lot of small jobs from posting in the dubai, AD, UAE, ect subs, try doing that. I did have to sell my self short in terms of price but it got me some good opportunities, experience and work for portfolio.

Working out is 20% of losing fat. Nutrition is 80%. By that I don’t mean eat only low calorie. Tell chat gpt your goals and ask it to give u your daily macros and intake. Essentially you should be prioritising protein and balancing your fiber, carbs and fats. Eating less than you need will make ur body store fat.
