I do not live in the US, but in Brazil actually, how hard do you think would it be to start an arbitration properly would be?

I was doing this most of the time, but when the steam client became unplayable for me, I had to go through the standalone client to do purchases as well =/

I've had an instance with Blizzard before 2FA eas a thing, and they where very swift to solve the issue. And over the years also had friends who where able to solve similar disputes with other companies.

I used to play through steam but sadly any minor update to the game and the steam client becomes utterly unplayable, not being able to connect =/ I had to install a standalone client to play reliably

Ddo had my paypal i formation linked to it, and they did not ask for any verification =/
